  • Q1. Who is this tour for?

    This tour is curated exclusively for Hyundai’s valued dealers, partners, and top performers. Participation is by invitation only.

  • Q2. Are all meals included?

    Yes, all breakfasts, some lunches, and some dinners are arranged at curated venues. Meal allowances (Lunch allowance at €25 per meal per person; Dinner allowance at €40 per meal per person) will be reimbursed for self-arranged meals – Refer to daily plan for details.

  • Q3.Will there be group divisions during sightseeing?

    Yes. To ensure a smoother experience, guests may be divided into groups on select days.

  • Q4. What documents do I need to carry?

    You must carry the following:

    • Forex – A combination of Euros in cash and a prepaid international forex card for convenience
    • Original passport (With at least 6-months validity)
    • Old Passport (If any)
    • A valid Schengen Visa
    • Travel Insurance Document
    • Government-issued Photo ID
    • Emergency Contacts

    These documents may be checked by airlines, hotels, or local authorities.

  • Q5. What to pack?

    We suggest:

    • Light, breathable clothes for summer (Spain in August is warm)
    • A pair of comfortable walking shoes
    • Sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat
    • A power adapter for European plugs (Type C or F)
    • Seaside Attire (For leisure time at beach)
    • Distinctive outfit for Theme Dinner (Details to follow shortly)
  • Q6. How is travel within Spain arranged?

    • Madrid to Barcelona: Travel is via the AVE high-speed train
    • Local transfers & day tours: All organized excursions, including group sightseeing and intercity transfers, will be conducted using private coaches.
    • During leisure hours, guests are welcome to explore on their own, with hassle-free access to taxis and app-based cab services like Uber, etc.

    You’ll receive a detailed schedule and group allocation upon arrival.

  • Q7. What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

    Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or requirements at the time of registration (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, Jain, gluten-free, any allergy to nuts, etc.). We will coordinate with our partner restaurants in advance to accommodate your needs wherever possible.

  • Q8. Will there be Wi-Fi or internet access?

    • Both the hotels provide free Wi-Fi.
    • Mobile internet can be accessed via international roaming or a local SIM (at your expense).
    • We recommend enabling international roaming or purchasing a travel SIM card for uninterrupted access.
  • Q9. What should I do in case of emergency during the tour?

    You will be provided with Emergency Contacts upon arrival, which include:

    • Local Coordinator’s number
    • Tour Manager’s number
    • Embassy or Consulate contact in Spain
    • Hotel contact details

    You’ll also have access to a WhatsApp group for real-time support.

    • Please note: Sunset in both Madrid and Barcelona occurs between 2100 hrs to 2130 hrs, while sunrise is between 0700 hrs to 0730 hrs.
  • Q12. Are there any dress code requirements for visiting cathedrals and religious sites?

    Yes, visitors are expected to dress modestly when entering cathedrals and other religious sites. Here are the general guidelines:

    • Shoulders should be covered – Sleeveless tops or tank tops are discouraged.
    • Knees should be covered – Avoid shorts and short skirts, as they may be considered inappropriate.
    • Headwear – Hats and caps should be removed inside churches and cathedrals, especially for men.

    When entering Spain, you should be aware of the following declaration requirements:

    • Currency: Cash or equivalent amounts exceeding €10,000 must be declared both when entering and leaving Spain.
    • Tobacco & Alcohol Limits:
      • Max 200 cigarettes or 50 cigars
      • Max 1L spirits (over 22% alcohol) or 2L wine
    • Food Restrictions: Non-vacuum-packed meat, dairy products, fruits, and vegetables may be confiscated or need to be declared.

    Yes, guests are kindly requested to tag their luggage to ensure easy identification and smooth handling throughout the journey.

    India is 3 hours and 30 minutes ahead of Spain during the month of August.

  • Q16. Are debit and credit cards widely accepted in Spain?

    Debit and credit cards are widely accepted at most places. However, it is advisable to carry some cash for:

    • Small purchases
    • Tips
    • Public toilets and street vendors

    Some smaller stores may not accept international cards, so having cash in hand is recommend.

  • Q17. Will airport transfers be provided during the trip?

    Yes, airport transfers will be arranged via shared coaches:

    • From Madrid Airport (MAD) to the hotel in Madrid on 5th August, 2025 between 1300 hrs to 1700 hrs, with assistance from our travel partner, WMTC.
    • From the hotel in Barcelona to Barcelona Airport (BCN) on 12th August, 2025 between 0800 hrs to 1100 hrs.
