Airport Transfers
Airport transfers through shared coaches will be provided from Madrid Airport (MAD) to the hotel in Madrid between 1300 hrs to 1700 hrs on 5th August, 2025. You will be met by a representative from our Travel Partner – WMTC. They will further assist you with the transfer to the hotel.
Airport transfers through shared coaches will be provided from the hotel in Barcelona to Barcelona Airport (BCN) between 0800 hrs to 1100 hrs on 12th August, 2025.
Accommodation
Your stay is arranged at InterContinental in Madrid and Grand Hyatt in Barcelona.
The check-in time at the hotel is 1500 hrs onwards. Please plan your arrival accordingly.
The check-out time at the hotel is 1000 hrs.
Luggage Guidelines for Madrid to Barcelona Transfer
At the time of transit between Madrid and Barcelona, the guest travel is arranged by Train.
Guests are requested to carry only one cabin-size bag containing essential items needed during the train journey.
All other luggage to be packed and kept outside your room by 0700 hrs on 8th August, 2025 morning.
Do not keep any valuables in the cargo baggage.
Luggage transfer is arranged separately through luggage vans. Your luggage will be delivered directly to the hotel in Barcelona in advance of your arrival.
Local Transportation
All group sightseeing and intercity transfers will be via private coaches.
Ensure you are punctual for all departures to maintain the group schedule.
During leisure hours, guests are welcome to explore on their own, with hassle-free access to taxis and app-based cab services like Uber, etc.
Meal Inclusions
Daily breakfast at hotels.
Select lunches and dinners as per itinerary (Some meals will be provided at Indian or local restaurants).
Meal allowances (Lunch allowance at €25 per meal per person; Dinner allowance at €40 per meal per person) will be reimbursed for self-arranged meals – Refer to daily plan for details.

European cities often involve extensive walking. Please ensure you wear comfortable footwear suitable for long walks, especially on city tours and winery visits.

Penalty Clause for Misbehavior
No video and photo of the unknown fellow travellers to be taken without consent.
Consumption of alcohol should be done responsibly and in moderation. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior under the influence will be dealt with seriously.
No smoking or vaping in non-designated areas including transport, hotel rooms, or group venues.
Respect local customs, culture, and laws. Any behavior that disrespects Spanish norms or violates local regulations will be dealt with strictly.
Any damage to property (hotel, transport, restaurants, etc.) caused intentionally or through negligence must be compensated by the individual responsible.
